Din rail (EN 60715) mounting modular supports for PCBs

Eigenschaften

E72 profile supports are used when it is necessary to mount the electronic equipments on a DIN Rail. It is composed of a self-extinguishing PVC profile, lateral side elements and a hook. It can be supplied either in a 2 metres profile or it can be cut in various dimensions. With a simple accessory, (EF), it is possible to mount the profile directly on the wall instead of mounting it to the DIN (EN 60715) rails.

NOTES: The calculation of the price of the profile cut at size has been revised with new Price List 2013.
Instead of the price per centimetre, we have introduced a new formula which is more faithful to the real
production costs which add the cost of each single operation of cut to some mm. of material waste for the
cut itself, in addition to the costs of waste at the beginning and end of the bar, which are not recovered.
The formula that we have used for the preventive calculation of the price list is therefore: [Bar price +
(cutting service * Bar Number Quantity)+ bar packaging service] / BNQ, where BNQ=(2.000mm-35mm of
initial waste)/ (Dimension of final piece + 5mm waste for each cut).
EXAMPLE:
SERIES E107 CUT TO SIZE PROFILE E107L80 MM
BNQ = (2000 MM - 35 MM)/(80 MM + 5 MM)
= 1965 MM / 85 MM
BNQ = 23 PCS
PRICELIST = (20,71 + (0,70X23) + 3,00) / 23
= (20,71 + 16,1 + 3)/ 23
PRICELIST = 39,81 / 23 = 1,73 EURO CAD
